Dawn E. Tucker Ph.D, LEED AP

Owner, co-founder

Dawn Tucker holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho. With more than 20 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design, she has contributed to a broad range of project types. Dawn’s technical expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to TEEG support the firm’s successful project outcomes.

David A. Cook, P.E

Design Engineer, Project Manager

David Cook brings more than 30 years of construction, construction management, and engineering experience, providing deep insight into project design and the most efficient, manageable implementation methods. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Structures from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Before joining TEEG, David served as a field engineer for a major general contractor, gained experience in project management, and spent several years working as both a general and independent contractor.

David F. Tucker, P.E

Dave Tucker graduated from Whittier College and began his engineering career with Hazelwood Surveyors & Engineers in Boulder, Colorado. He subsequently founded General Solar Services, where he led engineering design and prepared construction documents for residential and commercial air- and liquid-based solar systems. In 1990, Dave served as lead engineer at J.J. Blank Engineering Co., and later co‑founded T&H Engineering, where he was the principal engineer.

Dave brings extensive mechanical and plumbing engineering experience across both commercial and residential projects. His portfolio includes custom homes, multi‑family residences, restaurants, breweries, high‑rise buildings, schools, churches, offices, and numerous other building types.
