Elevate at Pena Station is a market-rate multifamily community comprising over 400 residential units across 12 buildings. Amenities include a year‑round heated pool and spa, a clubhouse, a pet spa, and an outdoor kitchen and grill. TEEG provided HVAC and plumbing design to meet resident needs and ensure the amenities remain modern, reliable, and fully operational.
