Remodeled an existing historic building in downtown Denver for a two-story restaurant featuring German cuisine and indoor Bocce ball courts. Multiple hoods provide kitchen comfort and safety and the dining and bar areas are conditioned using multiple individually zoned gas-fired rooftop units. Extensive coordination with the architect allowed minimal impact of mechanical systems on the historic space.
