Remodeled an existing historic building downtown into a multi-level restaurant and music venue. The system was designed using multiple gas-fired make-up air units, hoods and fans for comfort in kitchen spaces. The restaurant and venue are conditioned using fan coils coupled with rooftop heat pumps with backup electric heat in case of low temperature.
